However, it has been true throughout history, and will be true in the days of Antichrist according to our understanding, that the saints will be driven into hiding, being forced to leave every major city on earth. This is the removal of that which restrains the revealing of the fullness of lawlessness and the exalting of the man of sin.

Also, every Christian must guard himself against deception. If Satan can deceive a saint with the love of the world, or his bodily lusts, or his self-will, and seduce him away from carefully following the Lord Jesus, then Satan can deprive the saint of his crown of authority and the priestly anointing of the Holy Spirit of God. The saint’s testimony no longer will be able to restrain the flood of lawlessness.
